The Cyber-Sight program established a new site in Damascus, Syria during October of 2003 through a visit by Dr. Ed O'Malley.  This partnership was established with the doctors at the Eye Surgical Hospital:  Dr. Rida Said, Dr. May Abaza, Dr. Raida Aad, Dr. Bashar Khoury, and Dr. Lama Mahmoud.
