There is currently one Cyber-Sight program in Cambodia.  Dr. Phara Khov first learned about Cyber-Sight while obtaining training at the Vietnam National Institute of Ophthalmology (VNIO) in Hanoi, Vietnam.  When his training was completed, he returned to Cambodia and has continued in the program.
