Dr. Mari Levin learned about the Cyber-Sight program during a visit to the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus meeting in Washington, DC in April of 2004.  After receiving training in the program, she went back to Ida-Tallinn Central Hospital set up the first Cyber-Sight program in Estonia.
