Cyber-Sight was brought to Lithuania through a personal contact of Dr. Otis Paul, an ORBIS VF.  He recommended the Cyber-Sight program to Dr. Egle Danielene with whom he had previously worked.  Dr. Danielene would send questions about difficult cases to Dr. Paul by email and Cyber-Sight provides an ideal format for this type of communication.
