Doctors at the Vietnam National Institute of Ophthalmology became ORBIS Telemedicine partners after an introductory visit by Dr. Dan Neely in December of 2002.  Since then other telemedicine partners from Ho Chi Minh City and Danang have also joined the Cyber-Sight program.
