On June 12, 2003 the ORBIS Telemedicine website went "critical" as Rob Sykes of Clarity turned over the site to Board Chairman, Al Ueltschi who accepted on behalf of ORBIS.  The ORBIS team, which was responsible for the completion of this work, was coordinated by Mohan Thazhathu.  He had technical assistance from Daniel Ramos of ORBIS and Clarity's Kevin Pattison.  A critical part of the design process was a weekend meeting in Indiana where the New York team met the Indiana team.  At this meeting, the group was instructed in Content Manager by Rory Meyfarth from Clarity.
